"Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Handed me an envelope and told me which elevators to use but didn't tell me the room number or even floor. I opened the envelope and asked to confirm the room number since the handwriting was not clear. No mention of check out time either. Not to worry, I checked out earlier than I ever have from a hotel. Major construction outside my window that started at 7am. Not just a little hammering, dozens of dump trucks and large machinery. This should have been disclosed. Room was dated. Bathroom floors did not appear to be mopped (anytime recently) and carpet had lots of dust build up along the baseboards. "

"The $45 valet fee should have been pointed out and not just listed in small print. That extra $90 could have bought a nicer hotel room. "

"My 13 year old daughter found a used condom wrapper next to fridge and Baymont staff kicked us out because we had company at the hotel. I guess the guest can’t have friends or family come onto the property. "
