Highly recommend this property, fantastic location, spotlessly clean and a great sanctuary to retreat during the heat. The pool was perfect, and the host was very accommodating.

Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants in the old town. The owners were there daily to give any help or advice needed and very welcoming. I would highly recommend the Nuova and will definitely return here when next visiting Sardinia.

This is a very modern (spare and contemporary) small hotel that is mostly self-service. No one was in attendance when we arrived but we easily reached them by phone and got the code. The place is clean and ultra-modern. It is a short walk to the town square, so the location, which at first seems strangely hidden, is actually excellent. For the price, it is a particularly good spot. Given that it is the Costa Smerelda, it is an unbelievably good value. I would not stay here for more than a stop-over, but it was excellent for that.

Property was in what I'd call downtown. walking distance to promenade to waterfront. Dining and shoppes within easy access. parking usually available in front of building. Clear instructions on access to building. Manager was there when I arrived and registration was easily completed. Building recently renovated (last three years) and modetn in all amenities. A pleasure to stay there.

We rented the comfort apartment and greatly appreciated the space and easy access to the pool. Street parking is very tight, but doable and there seem to be a lot of bus options nearby if preferred. If staying in Olbia, this is a good location with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and had a stove top with 2 burners. There's also a tea kettle and espresso machine. Pool is small, but a nice respite after day excursions.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann an der Straße sogar parken. Das Zimmer ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Lage. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen!

Die Lage ist super Zentral in Olbia, alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Der Outdoor Bereich ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir waren für einen kurz Trip hier und wir würden wieder kommen. Andrea war ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
