9/10 Wonderful! (2,041 reviews)
The hotel wasn’t bad however I wanted a different experience from the usual chain hotels and expected more from a hotel advertised as 4½ stars. The pleasant check-in was appreciated, but the room, upkeep, and arrival service left us disappointed.
