"The property was overall very well kept. Staff was great. Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was a little small for larger people but with the dressing area very nice. I would definitely return in the future. Very nice continental breakfast and area to sit and enjoy your meal. Indoor pool was ready to go...thumbs up for me π"

"I did a midweek stay for a couple of days, arriving on a Sunday afternoon.This apartment is directly in the heart of the downtown area. Mere steps away from many restaurants and shops. The restaurant immediately next-door to the apartment was fantastic. The harbor view from the little porch was a lovely place to sit and read and people watch. Front beach was about a 10 minute walk. Not a very large beach, but very accessible.Inside was very clean and charming. Good for one or two people. People with challenges navigating an exterior staircase might find it a little challenging. I donβt think the description explicitly mentions the stairs, although you could probably figure it out just looking at the pictures from the little porch area.The only anxiety I felt was parking when I first arrived on a Sunday. There is no assigned parking spot for this rental. Gigi was very good about giving me options. When I first arrived, I went to one of the side streets that she recommended and found a free spot that was a short walk away. After that first night, I was able to move my car early in the morning to the wharf parking right next to apartment during daytime hours and then the meter parking at night when it was free and crowds had cleared out.I love the calm vibe of this coastal town. Perfect for a relaxing stay."

"In late August my daughter, who now lives in Vancouver BC and myself in Vermont, visited Rockport/Gloucester MA. We have done quite a bit of traveling together in the US and UK. We stayed at The Cove at Rockport and LOVED it! The Parking was most likely the easiest we have ever encountered. Our room was clean and conveniently accessible. We had the opportunity to sit on the lovely community front porch that overlooks Front Beach in Rockport. When we decided to move down to the beach across the street we were happy to find clean beach chairs in the hallway for us to use! Later, we decided to go to dinner in Bearskin Neck within minutes away. What a unique experience to be amoung the shops, restaurants, sea and boats on our way walking through the street. The Cove also has Bikes to use at your leisure. The room was wonderful with a well adorned bathroom as well as great TV. The Beds & Bedding were an outstanding surprise after such a long day! I feel like I should mention the great location if you are looking for Beaches. Check in and check out easy and response emails from the owner was prompt. Thank you, I will be back again!"

"Very clean and lovely restored 1800βs home. Room was adequate for size considering a bathroom was added to make this a boutique room. We had two very large suitcases as we were traveling for 2 1/2 weeks so it was challenging for us to haul them up a narrow stairway and live out of them in our room as there was no dressers. I would recommend this room for light travelers. Comfortable bed!"
