"I was nervous before we arrived because I read some reviews that said there was mildew in rooms. I’m highly allergic. But thankfully our room was great. We didn’t have AC but we didn’t need it. The courtyard is even more lovely than the photos and we also enjoyed spending time on the roof. "

"No-frills hotel located right in the middle of Antigua’s historic district. Really, that is all I needed for this vacation because I wanted to spend most of my time outside walking around. Loved the staff, including the two dogs! Small room but inexpensive. If you’re in town to visit Antigua and not sit in your hotel room all day, this is the place to be."

"Great central location and very walkable around Antigua. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and aggravated my lower back. By the second day, I could barely walk and had to check out a day early. The hotel refused to reimburse the unused night and would not provide documentation of my early check-out. I booked through Expedia, but they were not helpful either, and I spent a lot of time trying to resolve it. I ultimately had to let it go to enjoy the rest of my trip. Due to the beds and lack of support, I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have back issues."

"The location of the property is extremely convenient, the staff are very nice and held luggage before Checkin and after check out. The WiFi in the room would disconnect off the laptop but the WiFi in the restaurant was more stable. Restaurant is so delicious, beautiful, and peaceful. "

"The rooms were good. Clean. There is no a/c but there was a ceiling fan and a good table fan. There is not a restaurant, so go out for breakfast. They have a laundry service for a reasonable price. I would stay there again. "
