"Arrived and went upstairs which was the only minor ok not great thing on property. The staff was nice, front desks personnel helped me a few times. The dinning staff ladies were friendly. I enjoyed fresh water to refill and go. The rooms were very clean and everything working. Liked the wireless prineter feature to print my tickets. "

"Second stay. Sadly, experience declined from the first. Window shade broken. Children running, screaming in the halls and lobby. Dog barking and running in the hall 6:30 AM. Staff overwhelmed? Just not on their game in the same way as previous visit. Cleanliness good. Good location for walking to shops/restaurants"

"The staff was very helpful. We were given dining suggestions and tour options. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the Metro. The trolley stops at the hotel for easy access to anything on King Street."

"Attended an event there and they did not explain how the parking worked. I told them I was going to be there through Sunday evening and paid the parking fee and when I checked out I doubled checked it was okay my car was still there. When I went to leave I was told I had to pay an extra day fee, but there wasn't even a parking attendant there. Had to pay an extra $25 when I could have just parked on the street for free. Will not be staying here and instead will choose the Hyatt down the street going forward for future events at this location."
