Value for money, especially considering that buffet breakfast was included and quite good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the hotel is just a few blocks from the main shopping streets, making it a convenient location.

I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room.
Breakfast was completely disappointing.
I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned.
As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.

"I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. All the breakfast ingredients are from local farmers. Fresh juices, homemade jam… It’s delicious! ))) ..."
