"Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing - right in the centre of Old Town Market Square and easy to get to everywhere from here. Gorgeous restaurants and bars all over! Staff were kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow."

"What an amazing view of the market square! This property is right in the middle of everything. When we arrived, I wondered if late night revelry would keep us awake, but once we closed the windows, we hardly heard a thing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly. We had a great stay."

Housekeeping only every third day which would have been ok but was just making the bed and replacing towels - when we could have done with more coffee, toilet roll and a vacuum of the floor. But overall great and I would definitely stay again. "

It is a really nice hotel with a lot of character The bedrooms are good size, excellent shower in the adequately sized bathroom, lots of hot water. A kettle to make drinks On this visit the restaurant and bar was not available as someone else had taken this over but there are lots of restaurants and bars close by There is just one negative comment about the decor - it desperately needs a bit of an upgrade and certainly new...
