I have to say Anet and Karla who was welcoming and incredible helpful at the front desk with staff member Christian . Were three of the best hotel staff I ever met. "Nice location, but… Older resort, rooms need updating, in particular the bathrooms. Older bathtub with sliding doors make up the shower space. Indoor pool is heated, but still cool. Exterior pool is a good hike away from the main building and is not heated. We took half board; the food was bland and basic. Limited breakfast choices. Dinner is basic cafeteria food. Choose something a bit better if you don’t want to be disappointed."
