"The pool was beautiful; so refreshing. It was lovely not to have to rush to get a shaded sunbed for our granddaughter - there were always plenty of beds and umbrellas available around the pool. Unfortunately, to get from the reception area to our rooms we had to negotiate spiral staircase made of stone. Having to transport a pushchair and carry a baby up and down these stairs was very dangerous and unreasonable. We were very surprised that there was no lift available. We had the same issue when we went to the pool or beach - another spiral staircase and no lift. The quality of food was good and the prices were similar to those in the resort."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean. The location was perfect. Right across the street for the beautiful beach and in the perfect location for nightly strolls. Lots of shops and restaurants. There was a convenient store in the back of the hotel with baked goods, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Breakfast buffet was amazing!! Looked forward to it each morning! The Marina is a short walk to catch the tour for the Bengali cave tour. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was beautifully set up but to walk to the beach was over 100 steps. I do think people traveling with young children or elderly could struggle with getting down to the beach. Getting clean towels for the pool/beach was difficult. They said housekeeping would change them but for us we were already out of the room before they came. My daughter asked the front desk for new towels and she refused to give new even though there were a pile at the front desk. That being said we went 4 days with dirty sand towels. On day 5 we ran into housekeeping who let us swap them out."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
