The owner Jorge is very nice and helpful. He arranged taxi for us to pick up from Cusco airport and send us to Cusco hotel, also on the way tour Scared valley.

We chose Parwa House based on a YouTube video we saw and our actual experience was superior to that portrayed! Jorge is truly a super-host and he is ably assisted by his wife and family. Our quiet room was very nice with an amazing view ,a quality and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Our breakfasts were very good with a wide assortment of choices. Our stay was for three nights and we also had an excellent and very reasonably priced laundry service provided. Jorge arranged for us to be picked up at Cusco airport by Felipe, who not only provided shuttle to and from Ollantaytambo, but also served as our driver over the course of our 3 day stay to and from various visits throughout the Sacred Valley. Jorge speaks very good English and recommended we also contract with his nephew Marisimo for guide services. WOW, what can we say about Marisimo- a college trained guide who not only spoke excellent English , but whose depth of knowledge and guidance greatly enriched our overall travel experience!! We highly recommend Parwa Guest House as a great B&B, Jorge as a wonderful super-host, and staying in the authentic and charming Ollantaytambo as a focal point of exploring the Sacred Valley!

Jorge was amazing, he makes sure every guest is happy and comfortable. He hold our luggage’s while we went to MachuPicchu for 2 nights and also arranged a car service (which was excellent) to pick us up at the airport and bring us back after the end of our trip. The location is also great.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with my family at Parwa House for a total of 6 nights. The owner and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to give you an outstanding experience. The breakfast every morning includes eggs, assorted fruit, breads with jam and coffee/tea. View of the ruins right out your room windows. Room 6 is magical, ask for it if you need 2 beds or a family of 4. We never ran out of hot water, look no further book your stay in the sacred valley at Parwa House.

Jorge was a wonderful host! He set us up with a driver that got us to Parwa safely and after a very long two days of traveling. The breakfast was wonderful with local breads, jams, fresh squeezed juices and fresh eggs. The view was spectacular and the bed was super cozy and comfortable. Jorge helped us by storing our luggage for us as we made our way up to Machu Picchu and set us up a driver to get us to our next leg of our trip in Cusco. Would highly recommend, a wonderful stay for me and my husband and son.

This is a beautiful and unique hotel. Every room is different! Mine overlooked the creek and had a partial view of an Incan historical site. Jorge (host) was extremely helpful. He arranged a pick-up from the airport in Cuzco, suggested a guide for a tour of the Sacred Valley and fixed a fresh breakfast every morning.

The guest house was really cozy and Jorge was super friendly and helpful. He even gave us recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. He arranged for transportation from Cusco to the guest house and back. One small recommendation would be to remember guests that the payment for transportation is in cash only. No big issue there and Jorge was kind enough to help us getting cash. It was a lovely stay. Totally recommend it.

Just returned from five nights at the Parwa Guest House. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly the owner Jorge and his family made me feel right at home. Jorge arranged for me to be picked up and dropped off in Cusco as well as an excellent day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, eggs, local bread, juice and coffee. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed at this special guest house with extraordinary views and fascinating village. My only regret is not knowing more than a few words of Spanish. Highly recommend and hope to return some day soon!!

We got the best room in the property, isolated from others, and with a great view of the ruins across the road. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing! The area is walkable to the main square and it stays quiet most of the time.

It was our favorite stay of the trip. The hotels is in the most charming part of the town with an amazing view at the Inca ruins, so definitely ask for a window with the mountains view.

This place had the fluffiest down comforter ever. Like sleeping in a cloud. Small intimate stay with great staff. When you arrive you will have to go up a few flights of stone steps to arrive at the hotel but if you go farther down the path (opposite direction of street) you can easily walk to the main square on the old walking streets. We loved Ollantay & this place

You must stay here!
We loved our stay at Parwa! The host was so helpful and our room was beautiful! (Room 4 king). The town is lovely and you are really missing out if you don’t stay here at least 2 nights (we stayed three nights and it was perfect). The town is so beautiful with archeological sites up in the hills surrounding the town. We were in awe the entire time and we normally aren’t really into things like this. The guest house is so close to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I cannot recommend it enough!!

If you come to Ollantaytambo, this is a beautiful place to stay. The property is in the old part of the town where the water flows down from the mountains in small canals on the edge of the street, and the doorways are the Incan shape (in case of earthquakes). From the property you can see the ruins of Pinkuylluna on the mountain behind, and you can catch glimpses of the Ollantaytambo ruins through the trees on the opposite side of the valley. The property is a short walk from the main square, and a downhill 10 minute walk to the station. There are mototaxis to come back uphill from the station, if you have luggage. We spent a happy morning at the Ollantaytambo ruins with a guide, which was helpful to understand what we were seeing and standing on, and the views across the valleys is magnificent. The crowds come later in the day. There is a small, pretty market for souvenirs at the foot of the ruins.

Our room is conveniently located right next to the entrance, but it also means we can hear people coming in and leaving. There are lots of mosquitoes in our room because we have left the lights, but I felt that the owner should have told us about it since we arrived in the evening. There is almost no hot water or the lukewarm water would only last for 2 minutes. You also have to pay 5 sol to rent a hair dryer which I think is ridiculous.

Great views and lovely staff.
The views at this hotel were lovely and the hotel is really pretty with a lot of character. It was very clean and the staff was very kind upon check in. It can be a bit tricky to find. The only complaint we had is that it can be quite loud at night with the chickens and dogs in the area but it’s part of the rural experience. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee or tea, granola and yoghurt. All very fresh and healthy.

Jorge was a very gracious guest house owner. However, there are a few suggestions for the room, a little bare in terms of it. For instance the room amenities such as towels was minimal. And, i totally get not washing towels every day, but there was no where to hang them so thry can dry and be reused! But, i do recommend the house!

Stayed in room number 4 & it had an amazing view. One side faces an archeological site and the other a huge mountain. Hotel looks small but it actually has a huge kitchen and beautiful garden. Miguel (person running the place) was really helpful. Recommended places to visit restaurants & he made us breakfast in the morning. Definitely staying here on our next trip.

Our stay at Parwa Guest House was extraordinary in many ways. Not only the room was big, clean and had an amazing view over the mountains, but also the location in the historic part of the town is simply magical.
