"Great place to stay if you prefer to be out of the chaos of central Tokyo. Lovely leafy surrounds and anywhere you need to go is a 20-25 minute trip of combined train/walk. There’s a lovely bakery downstairs in the foyer if you don’t get breakfast included, but the breakfast is well worth it. Huge selection of western and Japanese options that’s all extremely fresh and well prepared for a buffet style. Beds a Lee very comfortable and we were lucky to be on the 12th floor which made for a great view when the stadium is emptying after and event. Staff were very friendly and helpful if you need ideas or get stuck trying to work out the taxis etc. Definitely recommend if you like being somewhere more peaceful and relaxing after a big day of exploring."

"If this hotel is in your price range, book it. The location is in an awesome spot in Shibuya. I only stayed one night as a solo female traveler and I felt right at home. Lira checked me in and was super helpful with all parts. The small touches were great such as the candy in the lobby and the robes. I even bought one to take home with me. Didn't get a chance to check out the other amenities such as the gym but I loved that it was available 24/7."

"The location of the property was great. A little confusing to get to because of the construction around the area but it was very close to Shibuya station. The property was well maintained and we got an early check in which was much appreciated. We also got to relax in the hospitality room while our room was made ready for us."
