"Definitely a spacious apartment with lovely bedrooms. The location was ideal for us, situated in the trendy America Grounds with plenty of bars and restaurant. Ten minute walk turning left you come to Old Hasting. Ten minutes the other way is St Leonards. The host was fantastic, great communications."

"The apartment is very clean and just the right size for 4 adults with a lovely option to eat outside with sea views. There is also a nice 15 minute walk across the hilltop into Hastings. We found the site to be very peaceful and relaxing."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. The location, just off Hastings town, was really well positioned for exploring the local area. There were a few issues with check-in communication, which were resolved quickly. Disappointed that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up ahead of our stay, as it was part of the main write up. Again, a few communication issues surrounding this which resulted in this not being resolved. Overall a great apartment and location - given...

"Beautifully presented artistic maisonette in the heart of St Leonards. Just perfect for our requirements! Great we could bring our dog with the beach so close and St Leonard’s Gardens too. Highly recommend this for a family or group looking for accommodation which is well equipped, in good order and super clean. Correspondence all very clear."
