Great spot for Disney

This is a great two bedroom condo to stay at while going to Disney and Universal Studios. The on-site amenities were enough to make this a destination itself.

Location and amenities

This was the second time I stayed at this property. It was the first time I stayed with kids, and they absolutely loved all of the pools and lazy rivers. Breakfast was amazing at the on-site restaurant. They continue to update the hotel and keep it very clean. It’s under 20 minutes to get parked at any one of the Disney parks. We will likely return because this place is awesome.

Very nice resort close to Disney

Overall great stay with a few notes. We got a ground floor unit and the patio faced the parking lot : ( Seemed less safe. Resort staff was not very helpful getting us to Disney without driving but the hotel on property hooked us up. We had a great time and everything was very convenient

Perfect apartment for a family trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Restaurants, pools and mini-golf were great for down time from Disney. Close to parks and Disney Springs.

Great Family Getaway

The process of renting was very easy and the property owner was quick to communicate details about our stay and respond to emails. The rental unit has located overlooking the center of the resort and was located between the two best pools and lazy rivers, according to my children. We had a fantastic time at this resort and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a nice family vacation. The resort offers plenty of amenities, including multiple pools, lazy rivers, a kiddie pool, water slides, a splash pad, outdoor games like putt putt, shuffleboard, cod hole, and indoor games like pool and ping pong. The resort also offered several events each day, such as a comedy night, tie dye t-shirts, live music, and scavenger hunts. This resort is also located near Disney and Universal, which is a plus for kids.

Embarrassed and humiliated

After checking in, I was directed to another “station”. I was then forced to deal with 2 people with a totally unwanted and unexpected solicitation to attend a vacation club seminar. I told them I was not interested and needed to get to my room ASAP. That was not good enough for these people. They offered me a “gift” for my attendance and then embarrassed and humiliated me in front of my guest by offering me $100. I could not be clearer, but they would not let me go. One of the people even muttered a comment that “check-in wasn’t until 4pm”, implying that they could keep me there. (It was approximately 3:50 pm at the time). Further, they even called my room on Sunday morning. Honestly, this was an expensive weekend (2/5-2/8) and I am still furious about this treatment. This was my first time experience with VRBO. Finally, I would like to know if VRBO is interested in making this right?
