Great stay in thr condo, with excellent pool and arcade amenities. Plenty of delicious food options nearby, suiting everyone’s desires. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable overall, though the beds were quite firm and the back door lacked a blind. Still, a very enjoyable visit.

First blended family vacation

My bf and I took our kids on our first blended vacation. We spend 3 days at universal, visited my bf's dad in melborne and enjoyed the lazy river.

Quick getaway

We had a good time at this venue. The proximity to food and the Publix was great! The spot was not far from Disney so we had a quick trip to Animal Kingdom and back. The instructions were easy to follow and the owner was responsive.

Beautiful Home

The condo was clean, spacious and well equip. The location was perfect, close to all of the major attractions. The resort pool was also beautiful and so much fun for our family!

Spacious and Comfortable

Excellent property, my family enjoyed a five day stay that is not comparable to staying on a single hotel room. The price is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place for your vacation stay. Clean, secure, and felt like at home.

Great location

Good location if you are doing Disney parks. The pool area is nice and has activities available for kids. It's small so the kids did get bored of it after a few days but we broke it up with park visits. I found the prices at the pool restaurant to be very reasonable considering it's a resort restaurant. Overall good stay!

Amazing, beautiful home

We had a beautiful stay! Alex was very quick with answering all my questions. The house was lovely. The pool/ lazy river was amazing to have anytime from 8 A.M -11PM. It was so much fun especially the slide!! The overall experience was wonderful. 10/10 hope to come again! Also even better... there was neighbors with dogs that loved to get pet!!!!

Spacious and Clean

The place was in a good location, close to Publix grocery store and other eateries. Check in/out process was very easy. Nice Clean Property. Quite, nice amenties at the resort for the family, such as game room (need money) pool, lazy river, ice cream, spa, security gates. The home was nice and clean with lots of space. Beds are uncomfortable but nice overall.

Lovely clean villa, couldn't be happier

Possibly the cleanest villa we've stayed in through VRBO, it was immaculate. The whole house felt really new, as if it has been recently renovated and we would definitely recommend it to other people. We were initially worried about driving to the pool but there were always parking spaces available and actually it was easier than walking. We never struggled to get a sun lounger at the pool and at 930am were sometimes the first ones there. We've stayed at several resorts in Orlando but will definitely book again when we return.

Wonderful!

The unit is exactly like the pictures. Only difference is bed sizes. There is 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 doubles. Wasn’t an issue for our group. Property was very clean, and checking in at Regal Palms was a breeze. Didn’t have any issues. Thank you for a great property, and a great stay!

Spacious and Close to Parks!

The space was spacious and clean, accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The resort is very nice, fun arcade room, wonderful lazy river, nice pools and jacuzzis. But renters be advised - the resort charges an additional per person fee on top of your VRBO rental rate - which came out to an additional $80 for our party. Be sure to pack your own water tube and/or children's floatation vests as all of that is not included and on sale at their gift shop. You may also want to pack your own pillow if you are a sensitive sleeper. Other than that, the accommodations were great and close enough to all of the parks. There is a Publix nearby and restaurants so everything was very convenient.

Nice fit for our family.

The apartment was clean, easy to get to and overall pretty nice. Some of the furniture is broken and should be replaced. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets had pilled. So we would recommend new linens. We did not realize you had to check in at the resort office before you could go to the apartment, so that was kind of confusing. We would recommend staying here but do suggest a couple of minor changes.

Enjoy staying at the Regal Palms!

We have been coming to the Regal Palms for many years. We were supposed to arrive on Wednesday during our trip but emailed the host and asked if we could arrive a day earlier and they got right back to us and said it was no problem (just had to pay a little extra for the extra night). The location of the condo is perfect (there is noise from the property mgmt with the garbage pick up in the early morning hours and also the sprinklers are very loud early in the morning). The condo is very clean and updated and everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (including spices, oil, and other pantry items). Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. One of the bedroom needs some darkening curtains because there are no curtains and my son was woken up at the crack of dawn from the light (we put a comforter over the windows to avoid this the next 3 mornings). The master bedroom needs a new mattress set because the current set doesn't fit the bed frame and it squeaks like crazy. The host was very responsive and said he would try to make an effort to switch the mattress for us but he wasn't able to. The Regal Palms requires everyone to have a bracelet to enter the condo or pool area and they charge $10 for a replacement or for non-return. Same goes for towels that you use from Regal Palms, they charge $10 for non return. But this particular unit has pool towels to be used which we greatly appreciated and washed prior to our departure. It was a great vacation!

The townhome

Our stay was wonderful! Alex kept me informed of any changes and the place was immaculate! The resort pool was also incredible. Definitely the best experience we have ever had!!

Was perfect for our family of 8, 7 adults and 1 child! It was a grandparents and parents, aunt, and child vacation. The house was the perfect distance from Disney - far enough away from the traffic but close enough to be a quick 25 minute drive. Resort is next to a shopping center that was very walkable when needed, with more shopping centers within a 5 minute drive. Resort staff was nice and accommodating, and host was friendly and had quick responses. There was a few holes or places needing minor repairs, but it did not deter from the house or our stay. House was clean and set up nicely, lots of towels and sheets, plus your basic comfort items.
