Great property. A lot to do. Great restaurants. Great service. 6 year old had fun! He was one-inch too short for the pirate ship water slide so that was a bummer it’s 48” requirement. Son is a great swimmer so we spent most of the time at the other smaller water slide pool. Convenient location to all the Disney parks

Location was great. It was a special holiday for us, a big anniversary, returning to the area we got married years ago. The first room we were given was in a terrible location and dirty, we had to relocate, the second room was a little better but the view was poor, ground floor and very noisy. Moved to an 6th floor room that had been updated which was nice. Asked staff to live to a lake view room, wouldn’t move us even thought the hotel was very quiet and appeared to have plenty of availability. Then we got tricked into attending a timeshare hard sell event that wasted a complete morning for us! After the initial hassle, we had a nice stay, could have been a great stay with a better room and no pressure to buy timeshares.

We travel each year to Orlando for cheer summit. Last year we stayed at Wyndham Grand Hotel, but wanted a condo this year. It was perfect! We will stay again. Host were great too!

Great, except...

There is no better place to stay in the Kissimmee area than Bonnet Creek. The high pressure tactics to get people to purchase time shares; however, is very annoying.

Love the property, but I like to stay at tower 3 and they put us in tower 5 where they were paving the parking lot almost the entire time of our stay. I was also in a room with the balcony facing the parking lot which I didn’t like. Also there was no jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

Our suite was more than we had paid for. It was absolutely perfect ! The check in problem was ALL Bonnet Creek doing. They were giving me run around. While I was in communication with the manager. Unfortunately they were telling me one thing and the VRBO people another thing. After a trying afternoon it all worked out.
