"Enjoyed our overnight on the edge of the old town. Easy walking to many restaurants, shopping, and major sights. Only 12 rooms. Updated nicely. Parking in individual garages if reserved ahead. The staff were friendly and very helpful."

The reception area was charming, and the check-in staff, efficient. The stairs are steep, but we were forewarned and do not carry a lot of luggage, so it was manageable. "Great overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently situated at the entrance to the city so easy to park and then a 10 minute walk into the centre along the river. Good sized room (we had a family room) which was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but it did look nice so we definitely do that next time. Lovely outside pool area and a really friendly welcome. We love Orleans so this is a great stopover for us"

"Positives- comfortable room/ bed, good shower, gym, underground parking, easy 15 min walk to centre of town Less good - room was long, skinny and with a sofa bed taking up most of the floor space, 1st floor looking into unattractive courtyard so dark but quiet! It seems very popular with families so young children everywhere! "

"The hotel is dated in only the way a french hotel can be. Red carpets and woodwork... The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were terrible and the shower head would not stay upright in the shower. However the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the location was great for what we wanted to do and the staff were helpful and friendly."
