"The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "
