"Our stayed was wonderful at this hotel, close to the train station, shopping and many places to eat! Staff was very helpful ensuring we had a smooth stayed. Rooms were small but had all that we needed. Thank you!. "
"We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. "
"Immaculate room and expert room cleaning, great amenities, and a fantastic experience overall! The hotel staff is professional and exceptionally helpful with any questions I had. Overall this hotel made my stay in Osaka as wonderful as possible thank you!"
"My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!"
