"Not sure how many stars this hotel is, if it's a 3 star hotel then I guess the amenities are ok but if it's a 4 star hotel, then it's poor. The staff speak limited English and especially since the baggage forwarding service is "self service", all the other hotels I stayed at arranged this for us. ..."
