"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view that made our experience even more special. The upgrade was a wonderful surprise and created a beautiful memory for my family, especially for my birthday celebration. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality, the attention to detail, and for making our visit such a memorable experience. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again!"

If we stayed again, we would opt for the bigger, classic room than a smaller premier room, as the upgrades/renovations were nice but didn't make enough of a difference to us. The facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and our room was spotless—we had a nice bay view despite some ongoing construction. The food and drinks were top-notch, especially the sushi at Taiyō, the Wagyu burger and mussels at Trēō Kitchen + Bar, and the cocktails in the lobby lounge. My 7-year-old loved the game room, but the main highlight was definitely the water park. We spent three full days at the pools, loved every minute, and can't wait to return!"
