The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast at Feast + Revel and the hotel’s iconic roof top bar which played great music. In addition, the hotel’s location was perfect in terms of proximity to attractions and restaurants, everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa!

Wonderful location in the heart of the Byward Market. Valet parking was efficient but expensive. Our room was clean and chic with a fantastic shower. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooftop top terrace/restaurant had spectacular views with excellent service staff. We had a fantastic stay!

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had a great breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed a drink on the roof top restaurant. The only thing we didn't like was that we both didn't like the pillows, they were very flat and hard to sleep on. It took a little longer to get our car in the morning but the staff acted fast once we flagged the problem.
