We needed to visited a few places in town and the receptionist Rebecca was excellent and rang the taxi rank and mentioned all our destination's and made it so easy for us, we also dined in the bar and it was so tasty, room 401 was spacious and the staff. "They took out deposit with zero communication. We booked and paid half, they didn’t contact us for the further payment, just took the deposit and cancelled without notice, ruined our joint family reunion, then kept the large deposit. "
