"Very disappointed on arrival. We had reservations for 3 rooms and 5 nights. I feel that the hotel was misrepresented. The rooms very really small and overcrowded with unnecessary furniture. The bathroom was tiny. We paid extra for the breakfast but never used it. The first morning I went down to get a cup of coffee and was not permitted to take it back to my room. I asked right away if we could shorten our stay to 3 nights. The request was denied and I was told to call hotels.com. After an hour on the phone they were able to negotiate us leaving one night sooner. Which was appreciated. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend staying here. The one positive is the location."
