"Very cute little boutique hotel close to the university. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing. Lovely room, clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that there was a lot of construction and trash collection noise early in the morning that disrupted our sleep, though this is of course not the fault of the hotel; just worth noting that it was very audible."

"Lina was great at reception, there were ample of refreshments in the lobby and the room had complementary water. The issue was the swimming pool, you have to call and book, and then you only get 30 mins in there (which we were not told), we were told to get out after 25 mins of our start time even tho the pool had only a few people in it. Breakfast was good, decent internet."

Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel

"This is the 2nd time I stay with Mercure Hotel in Oxford. Its location is wonderfully centered that it is walking distance to everywhere you need to go in Oxford. Right next to Mercure, there is the Oxford botanical garden and I suggest everyone to spend an hour or so in it. From my hotel room it is the view of Magdalen College of Oxford. It is truly beautiful!"
