"Quiet nights and comfortable bed. Clean hotel and helpful staff. They arranged airport transportation safe easy convenient for late arrivals. Cutest boutique hotel with amazing outdoor private jacuzzi. Colonial upto date accommodations."

"Clean hotel, helpful staff. Nice bathrooms and showers. Wonderful gardens and roof deck, lots of personality to this place. Laundry and coffee available. Rooms are not as private as I prefer due to hollow doors and windows into all the courtyards allowing for sound to travel. Beds were ok: not terrible not great. Nice location and safe."

"I really loved this hotel. Check in was seamless. I arrived a little early and they let me keep my bags at the hotel while I explored. The hot tub in the room felt amazing after hiking Acatenango. Water pressure was great (and hot). One of my priorities in a hotel is it being quiet so I can sleep, and it was completely quiet the whole time. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I got such a good night’s sleep. The AC felt amazing and the breakfast was delicious. You just have to message them on WhatsApp the morning of to put in your order. I stayed at a different hotel down the street for almost double the price and liked this one a lot more! Would absolutely stay again."

"Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles."
