"Good hotel. Not what I would consider "5-star", but a good place to stay.
Crown level room was very large and very big, but very dated. In need of a renovation after 15 years. Not tired, just dated. Bed was not particularly comfortable and shower was nearly impossible to get more than 30 sec of tolerable temp water. Housekeeping was outstanding.
Pool is unusable on Saturdays. 115db awful music, unlike any pool I've ever seen anywhere in the world. Hard pass.
Exec lounge is nice. Quiet, never crowded, decent snacks and free beer.
Front desk staff is efficient and professional, not outgoing super-friendly. Rooftop bar was similar - efficient, professional, but sort of cold. Roof bar is pretty amazing, though. View is the best in the city.
Location is good, not a ton to do walking distance from the hotel.
Overall, I'd stay again if I was there on business again. Not enough amenities for a real vacation, though."
