"We had a wonderful stay! Our room was quiet and comfortable, even facing the street. We felt very taken care of, especially when the city was in turmoil. Thank you to all of the amazing staff!"

"We returned last week from our one week stay at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta. Rooms: This resort is not new, so there are some cosmetic fixes needed here and there, but everything was very clean. Beds were comfy and many pillows available. Connectivity: I was concerned when I read other reviews that the Wi-Fi was only available in public areas and not very good. Our experience was that the Wi-Fi was good in the rooms, including capability of streaming. It was slightly inconvenient to have to re-login when you went outside at the resort, but not a big deal. Staff: Everyone we encountered was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a small maintenance issue in our room that was dealt with in minutes. Entertainment: Something different every night! Our room was overlooking the entertainment area and we enjoyed watching and listening from there. Food: Best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort! Incredible variety of fresh delicious food at the buffet and some lovely choices at the à la carte restaurants as well. Fish tacos at the adult pool were amazing. All and all, a lovely vacation!"

We were there for the White Party and everyone in my group including my kids had an amazing time. We have stayed at other Riu properties and they never disappoint."
