"We were in a level room and what stood out was that we couldn’t hear the noise outside, that was something that worried us. Room was clean, AC is noisy so if that is something that you can sleep through your good, breakfast was good and I liked that they seat you and you don’t struggle with looking for a table. Love the location because it’s close to everything "

"The room had a perfect view of Diamond Head and did not disappoint. The room was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beach was steps to the beach and would stay here again!"

"Outstanding location to stay while visiting Disneyland Parks. Very very convenient shuttle service, they get 5 stars from me. Room had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small, but also accommodated all our needs. Little dated, but a steal for the price we paid. It may have surpassed Hilton and Marriott for my future trips to the parks."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were nice and helpful. We paid for pool view but unfortunately the view was disappointing as we’re were on the lower level and can only see a corner of the pool. Shuttle service to Disneyland was cheap but wait was long. Would stay here again but wouldn’t pay extra for any special views. "

"Our room was in the recently renovated Rainbow Tower and it was very nice. The extra touch’s, like the hooks for hanging every day items, the long dresser with Lots of storage, and the extra shelves above the fridge were very helpful for a long stay. Housekeeping was very friendly and thorough. It was a VERY busy hotel. And For as much as we were paying for valet…the guys were not very kind. One of them swore at my husband when he drove up to pick me up in the driveway…but there is chaos and no clear area to pick up passengers without doing valet parking. It doesn’t exist. We tried to utilize the side for taxis and got yelled at as well. If it’s going to be so strict, there needs to be clarity on where people can drive cars up to load/unload, etc. "

"The room was clean beds were comfortable. We got in at midnight and were still able to get food at the 24hr bistro. We didn’t stay long but served its purpose and very clean and nice hotel"
