"After our property in Bakewell was flooded and subsequently cancelled, we hunted for a property in the south but were dubious about why this particular property hadn’t been booked for half term week. But from the first communication with the owners we felt confident that we’d made the right choice. Excellent property with everything you require for a weeks break. Padstow is a tourist hotspot so to find a property with parking and just a 5-10min walk from the harbour / centre is priceless....

"I have nothing but praise for this house and also for Mark the owner. Communication was great and replies speedy. The house was brilliant in terms of layout and space for us as a large family. We had 9 adults and a 7 week old baby so spent most evenings there. It has everything you need and more. It's located 1.5 miles from Padstow and the roads are more accessible than when you get over by Treyarnon area, where we usually stay. The beach is a 10 mins walk down the hill. "We stayed at Heidaway for 3 nights o er the Easter holidays. The accommodation sleeps 4 very comfortably. The house has a very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a small enclosed patio. It is a short walk into Padstow and comes with free parking. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"Property had recently changed ownership. Both the last owner and the current owner transferred the booking over and we kept the same deal. Great little cottage with everything in Padstow easily accessible by foot but far enough back from any noise. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Ideal property for families with view over estruary. Very clean with all amenities available. Ideal for dogs as rear garden is enclosed 10-12 min walk into Padstow Harbour. Parking right outside. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Very clean, well supplied, everything functioned as it should. Would happily stay again. Good supply of towels, sheets etc. If you are going to wash clothes, bring detergent. Also soap and shampoo for the shower "

"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."
