Great location and good space for family. However they didn’t tell us before or when we checked on that the oven and hob were out of order. We had bought food to prepare so very disappointing and it meant eating out. They didn’t offer any money back or good will when we asked.

The breakfast menu was fine but the meal was spread between three rooms with the hot food in one and the cold food in another. All of the public rooms had a form of jazz played quite loudly over the speaker system you couldn't escape it.

Another one of my favourite spots in Cornwall for watching surfers. On a sunny day and with a strong wind to whip the waves up, there is nothing better than to sit on the grassy cliffs and people watch.
