"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.

Very cosy cottage with wood burner.
A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off.
Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard.

"Very difficult to drive out of on a tiny narrow road, quite nerve racking as you can have a head on crash if your not careful! The cottage itself was nice but there was a lot of mould in the bathroom, spiders and spider webs in every corner, mould near the window in the master bedroom and the dryer didn’t work because half way through the cycle it came up with “call the technician error code” which was very disappointing as we had lots and lots of washing to do and couldn’t dry it. "Very comfortable room with a lovely enamel bath. Staff all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Our only problem was lack of WiFi in room one. Also being the room that everybody stops outside to open the next door it is a bit noisy which set our dog off barking in the late evening. "
