Incredible Pagosa: Cozy, Rustic Cabin Sleeps 6, Historic Downtown

This place is a gem. It's a d-log structure that was both a bookstore and coffee shop in it's past life. We have remodeled it back into a two bedroom home with a loft, sleeping a total of six. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a futon in the loft area with a full sized 10" foam mattress that very comfortably sleeps two more. Upstairs you will also find an office nook with a desk. WI-FI is on site.

The kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher and all of the dishes and cookware you will need to feed your crew. We keep basic oils and spices on hand so that you don't have to buy a cart full of staples in order to cook delicious meals. There is also a gas grill available for you to use.

The living room is cozy and very relaxing with a leather sectional, the most comfortable rocking chair that you will ever sit in and a roku tv. The bathroom features a shower stall and a barn wood vanity with a vessel sink.

Nice getaway in Pagosa Springs

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway in a new-to-us part of Colorado. The cabin is nicely located—close to downtown and the river, and also just off the main road, so it was easy to get out of town and into nature.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay at your cozy, clean, log cabin. Walking distance to the springs, shopping, and food, yet a quiet and restful place to retreat at night. We hope to stay here again.

This place is a gem

Really thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The only problem we had was the noise from the heater but the listing states it’s Rustic, so it wasn’t unexpected. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a Colorado experience. Loved it!

This was the coziest little cabin and located conveniently near the lower shops of Pagosa. My family walked to the coffee shop and then walked along the and shops. It was quiet and private. The cabin was stocked with good amenities and we had everything we needed to prepare food. There isn’t anything I’d change about this place.

Stayed for 4 days. Rustic yes,. But very comfortable and clean. Super well equipped kitchen. Wonderful location. Would stay again. Only note is that there is no air conditioning. Not a problem for us because of cool nights and pleasant days.

Great little cabin

Had a great week here in Pagosa! The cabin itself is very cute and eclectic, some really interesting finishing touches like the light switches - you'll have to visit to see! The pups loved the way the sun came in through the front door in the morning. Location is amazing as we could walk or bike into town effortlessly and was a perfect base camp for my moto adventures and my wife's hot spring relaxing. Highly recommend.

Spotlessly Clean, Cozy, Comfortable Place

We had a great stay in this cozy cabin in downtown Pagosa. The kitchen was well supplied; the only thing we bought for our stay was food. We were able to check in a little early; the host was friendly and welcoming. Three bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and airy. While it was not a problem for us, a consideration for some might be that the bathroom is downstairs.

Great location, cute cottage

This is a cozy property as advertised. It was fine for a close family as the bedrooms are in a loft. We loved the front porch and the close proximity to town and the hot springs. My husband loved the ability to take long runs with a mountain view. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that the stairs are tough. The bathroom is downstairs, so nighttime descents on the stairs are a bit of a challenge if you aren't paying attention- leave a light on. Otherwise, it was cute and cozy and we had a great time there.

It was an awesome house that has literally everything you need . The host was incredible and even set up a kennel for my dog which came in so handy . Nice front porch with Mountain View’s. It was in walking distance of everything .
