"Our room was small but the courtesy and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. We especially were fond of Ivan who went over and above to assist us in finding a place to watch our American football game. He even made a reservation for us. The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable. The location was wonderful! We walked all over, enjoying the Italian fare and architecture. The cathedral was unforgettable! Take the rooftop excursion! We would definitely stay there again. "

"Excellent hotel, 15 mnt walk to Duomo. Brand new, very clean and modern with great breakfast choices. Area not very touristy, but super safe. Rooms are small, but have all amenities . Definitely recommend."

"We loved this hotel. The staff is so sweet and nice to us the whole time. Our room was so beautiful - and really gave us the feeling of being in Italy with the striped walls and drapes.
It was cold and rainy but we sat by the fire in the lobby and drank red wine. So cozy.
But the best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk to everything from here- La Scala, duomo, Emmanuel Vittoria. Surrounded by cute shops and restaurants.
