"We stayed for two nights in the Family Suite with a balcony and city view.
The suite was neat, clean, and featured modern decor. It was essentially a two-bedroom suite, with one large room and a tiny second room with a twin bunk bed. While a second bathroom would have been a bonus, the single bathroom was fine for a short stay for our family of five. Interestingly, we also had access to a shared, well-equipped kitchen, though we never crossed paths with other guests during our entire stay.
The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. We had a minor issue with a leaking bidet on the first night, but they fixed it promptly the next morning.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location is fantastic—right next to the local train station and an easy walk to Napoli Central Station.
Given the competitive price, this stay was a great value. We were very happy and would absolutely recommend it!""
"The rooms are clean an spacious. BUT, beware that there is no pool. The hotel and Expedia know for years that the hotel description is a not true and they won't do anything. The hotel has Spa that cost a minimum of 15Euro pP extra and is not suitable for children. I just gave the hotel a 5star so other people see the review. I would not recommend leaving the hotel after dark."
"Attention, la réception se trouve au 4e étage. Les employés ne répondent pas à la messagerie d’Hotel.com, l’ascenseur est payant certaines heures de la journée, le personnel n’est pas toujours présents et contrairement à ce que l’hôtel annonce le service en français n’est pas ou du moins pas toujours disponible. Et surtout ne vous plaignez pas, c’est vous qui n’aurez pas raison. Un « malentendu », on vous l’avait dit (??!!!??) "
"Giangi the manager was charming and so helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for access to all you would want to explore in the city. Our bed was comfy and our room facing into the courtyard was nice and quiet. The communal areas have tea, coffee, water etc so we had all we needed. "
"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."
