"Great location! Right on beach as pictured. Property company was very responsive to the few issues we had. A few things that future renters may want to know:Two living areas is awesome, especially if traveling with kids. Amazing views from 2nd and 3rd floors. Washer/dryer work great (April 2026)Lots of beach chairs and toys in garagePublix is 10-12 min awayTo get to the beach, you have to go down to the basement level and go through a bedroom, garage, or front door to then walk around to the beach. It would be amazing if steps were added to the main porch on the main floor that would lead directly to beach.Kitchen needs some additional baking dishes and utensils. Road is very, very busy. That’s going to be true of any beachfront property in this area. Beach is quiet tho, and this house isn’t near the public access.All in all, a wonderful house! "

"The house was cute and had everything we needed. There is an ocean view, however the windows are very foggy or dirty, so it isn’t a clear view. The house was nice otherwise. The pictures make it look a little nicer than it is in person in my opinion. However, we enjoyed our stay. Some new beach chairs would be welcomed though! "

"This was the best Vrbo we have booked on A1A in Ponte Vedra. Every detail showed courtesy to its visitors. The view is perfection with the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is impeccably decorated with a casual, yet polished vibe. We would love to stay at Ocean Paradise again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Beach Front Paradise in Ponte Vedra. The home was very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. While there are a few minor repairs that could be addressed, they did not take away from our overall experience.The beach access was truly the best part of this stay. Being just a few steps from the back door made it incredibly convenient, and we loved that the property provided plenty of beach items and toys to enjoy. The peaceful, natural beach setting made it easy to relax and unwind.The morning views were absolutely priceless. Sitting and listening to the ocean while watching the sunrise made this trip especially memorable. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and really enjoyed the location and easy access to such a beautiful stretch of beach. "
