We absolutely loved our stay at Argenteria5! The communication with the host was flawless - he went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. The room was spotless and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The breakfast room has everything you need, and the rooftop is simply amazing for soaking up the gorgeous Sicilian sun. Highly recommended!

Good room for a few nights

Room was nice, bathroom shower had a few problems. Good room overall but at the top of the building so hard to move luggage or if you have mobility issues.

Great room!

Great location and very nice clean room. Don’t let the alleyway and stairwell up to it concern you. Marco is very responsive and helpful; he’s a wonderful host! The rooftop terrace was delightful. Only complaint was the AC made very loud cracking noises when on, so we eventually turned it off. Small complaint though. Everything else was great.

Great inside, unclean stairways, loud at night

The entrance stairways reflects poorly on the quality of the room. An unclean stairways, steep and going up to the roof, leads to the B&B entrance. Once entered, the B&B is fully clean and of good quality. Very loud music at night till 2am from the neighborhood parties, on a nearby square.

Friendly B&B right in historic part of Palermo.

Very clean and comfortable B&B right in the historic centre of Palermo. Easy walk to all key attractions and restaurants. The owner Marco is extremely friendly and helpful. He adds you on WhatsApp prior to your arrival so that everything is well connected. He gives good advice for food and things to do. Not only for Palermo but elsewhere in Italy and Sicily if that’s part of your holidays. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The cornetto (crossiant) from the neighbourhood bakery is a delicious treat. The hotel in on the top floor of an old building without lifts so be prepared to lug your luggage up several flights of stairs. This is to be expected as there are few buildings in Palermo with lifts. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. The entrance to the hotel looks unimpressive but the hotel itself is very clean and new. Just two months old when I visited. You can park your rental car at Via Cala in the open and it is relatively safe. The hotel is in the restricted area so you have to walk about 200m but it is relatively easy to find and straight. Overall a high 9 to 10 rating.

Our only dislike was that we were unable to close the window which was perhaps 3.5m above floor level. There was a flimsy extension rod, but we couldn’t use it. The reason we needed the window closed was that there is much revelry at night time through to the early hours

This is one for the record books We arrived at 2:00 am from Cairo and were dropped by taxi within a block of Marco's suite. A nice guy at a bar phoned to get Marco out of bed (the town was still partying) Armed with the door codes I went to see the digs and soon realized it wouldn't work - wife is still using a cane after knee surgery and could never manage the stairs. My fault; shoulda checked. I explained the situation to Marco after we'd all had a bit of sleep in a nearby hotel. He refunded all of my money. I screwed up. He was entitled to keep at least one night's fee. He lost a two night rental. And he refunded all of my money. Look after this guy. He's a gem

La struttura esternamente è molto malridotta, fortunatamente la stanza era arredata con materiali nuovi. Siamo una coppia con un bimbo di 4 anni, per salire alla camera ci sono circa 60 gradini (senza ascensore)con una ringhiera attraverso la quale un bambino passa facilmente(aveva paura ogni volta a farla).Noi abbiamo alloggiato in gennaio, non c'è impianto di riscaldamento, a parte un condizionatore solo in camera, quindi in bagno e in camera del bimbo c'erano 15 gradi, quindi dormiva con noi nella camera grande che con lo split al massimo in 5 ore raggiungeva appena i 18 gradi, lo consiglierei solo a chi ci va d'estate e senza bimbi piccoli

Boa noite! Lamento informá-los de que foi impossível a nossa hospedagem no Argenteria devido a falta de higiene. O local apresentava: baratas mortas pelo chão, penas pássaros espalhadas por todo lado e chuva dentro do estabelecimento impossibilitando transitar! Entre muitos outros motivos, todos depreciativos, surpreendeu-nos o Hotéis.com, trabalhar com hotel dessa categoria depreciavel! Lamento informá-los, de que iremos publicar, com apresentação de imagens, para que outros sejam poupados do mesmo constrangimento que passamos!

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Der host ist schnell zu erreichen und hilfreich, leider liegt das hotel in einer sehr lauten Straße, wo täglich bis 5/6 Uhr laute Musik läuft und schlafen trotz geschlossener balkontür und ohrstöpseln erschwert wird. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt in unmittelbarer umgebung sowie sämtliche gute Essensmöglichkeiten und ein herrlich duftender Fischmarkt
