Ok for one night but the pool was closed and hotel very dated. Breakfast was very limited and mostly inedible

Convenient as near airport but was not satisfied with staff check in service. I had called 2 days prior to confirm it would be ok to pick me up at airport with the shuttle service offered was told it was out of normal hours but to call and would be fine, we called when we landed and was told no this isn’t possible. Forcing us to take a cab and spending double the expected price. Staff wasn’t very friendly we speak well Italian have no issues anywhere else weve been and she kept reverting to English only I found it quite rude

Dear Brandon,this review throws us off a bit: we actually think at a mistake.We don't have a transfert service in-house.We normally give help to book one, choosing the best offer in place at the moment. And it is always on the guest account.You came with your car, moreover.Check in was very relaxed and we had conversations in English, and Italian as well, precisly because of your knoledge of the language.Could be we did wrong anyway. And we are very sorry, if should be the case, we have good memories on your staying. If is,we hope to do better another time knowing the issue now. If is not, 'cosa fatta capo ha'. Nice familly type Hotel Friendly staff. Hotel is a bit dated but has this sicilian charm Nice and quite pool area, really enjoyed it when coming back from our days out 10 mn walk from the see. 8 minutes walks to bus stop 806 that takes you in center palermo for 1€50 im 20 minutes

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, convenient swimming pool and rooms with air conditioning. Staff always friendly, relaxing breakfast and a good restaurant too. The beach is at a pleasant walking distance and there are also many excellent local restaurants at a walking distance too. Definitely recommended.

This is an old style hotel but just lovely. The staff will do whatever they can to help you. The towels are the softest ive ever felt . With Mondello beach a ten minute walk its nicely situated for all your needs. There is a bus nearby for palermo aswell. The only fault I could provide and its personal. I am a coeliac and I did mail the hotel to say this. There was a gluten free cake at breakfast but otherwise I brought my own gluten free croissants. There was plenty fruit and tea and rolls or bread and cakes for everyone else.

This hotel was well run and staff have been kind and helpful when I needed assistance regarding double booking. The rooms are clean and tidy and the pool downstairs was well.maintained. The hotels choice of breakfast catered for people with dietary requirements.

Dejlige værelser og privat parkering
Hotellet fremstår moderne udefra med er en gammel bygning og der er en sær lugt af plejehjem/sygehus. Værelserne og service er helt i top. Meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Hotellet ligger super tæt på stranden. Eneste ønske er mere komfort fx elkoger eller kaffebrygger. Kæmpe plus er at der er privat parkering.

Großartige Unterkunft! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Klimanlage im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei und das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend. Alles ist etwas Vintage und man ist generell falsch in Mondello, wenn man den puren Luxus sucht, da die ganze Stadt (liebevoll ausgedrückt) vintage ist. Das Wasser des Pools war ein Traum und das Frühstück war ein klassisch Italienisches (mehr süß als salzig). Der Cappuccino am Morgen war sehr lecker und hat meinen Aufenthalt abgerundet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: unter 10 Gehminuten vom Strand und damit von der Promenade und knapp 15 Minuten von allen Restaurants entfernt. Alles in allem, würde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen.

Vanhentunut hotelli jossa kuitenkin ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu.Erinomainen aamiainen. Ilmastointi huoneessa oli hiukan sekava mutta toiseksi yöksi saimme sen päälle. Olimme autolla liikenteessä ja hotellin ilmainen parkkipaikka oli kiva juttu, mutta valitettavasti huonosti hoidettu (lasinsiruja ja paljon roskaa). Sijainti ok.

Für italienische Standards war die Unterkunft ok. Auch für uns als kurzfristig Option, jedoch sind die Zimmer ziemlich heruntergekommen und das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch, da es immer dasselbe gibt und wenig Obst. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier gelegen. Der Strand liegt knapp 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In kürzester Zeit sind auch viele Restaurants erreichbar. Es ist ein familiär geführtes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und einem tollen und freundlichen Service. Auch wenn man dem Hotel die Jahre ansieht ist es für einen Urlaub trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.
