"Bathroom mirror and sink were dirty, toiletries were used (half empty), hand towels were stained(or dirty). Pillow cases were very wrinkled (apparently not changed) and pillows were thrown haphazardly on the bed. The bed was made, but the state of the pillows made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. Not likely I'll be staying here again."
