"Pros:The description was accurate as far as layout and what was included. Very nice prior to check in and when I first arrived. Check in was easy. Parking was close and easy. Clean and she supplied plenty of towels and a nice extra blanket , bathroom necessities. Cons:Like other reviews stated, the neighborhood was cluttered, not welll maintained , and didn’t have the best feeling. I was greeted before even walking in by a strong smell of FABULOSA. The smell lingered the entire time. So bad, and unhealthy to breathe. The a/c in the bathroom and hallway are definitely attached to the main house, and the smell comes in daily. On the 4th (out of 5) nights, there was an extremely loud party. Booming music and constant screaming - coming from a rear neighbor’s house. I was trying to sleep every night by 9 since I was there for continuing education. I waited until 10:30 to message the host and ask about the noise. Her reply was “it’s not even 11 yet, maybe they want to celebrate”. I looked back at the listing and realized it did say quiet time was 11, so I turned on meditation music and tried to sleep with no success. The music finally stopped booming around 11:30, but screams continued on and off for another hour. After this exchange with the host, I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome."

"Amazing location. Comfortable beds. The staff were very accommodating and any issues were addressed immediately. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend "

"Comfy bed and decent little breakfast bar. Bathroom door opend stupidly into the room and shower selector valve was loose in the wall - so they need a little more attention to maintenance and at least one room was laid out a little stupidly. No pen and paper for notes. Didn't like having to scan a code to get hotel info, which was basic at best. Staff and cleanliness were tops. Comfort of room also very good. Overall, a good value but definitely room for improvement on details, even at this class."

"The golf is exceptional and gorgeous. The Honeybelle restaurant was great, nice ambiance and good food, helpful staff. The racquet club was very unorganized and not helpful and doesn't follow the schedule at all. Seems to cater to Members which they don't tell you upfront. The front desk was average, mostly empty suits."

"The house was immaculate and we enjoyed all it had to offer. Charles answered all of our questions and was a excellent host. As this was a business trip, We will defiantly will book again as the location was perfect for us."

"We used this property for a large family gathering and everything was great. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed so it made for a great outing. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay at this home again. "
