"Staff was nice. Condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible. Lights flickered continuously, elevator was rattley, ice machine had floor plumbing out in the open as a hazard. Room smelled like pee and was not clean at all. "

"This property is incredible, and we had a great time. Check-in was a breeze; the house is well-stocked, the Wi-Fi worked great, and there were plenty of extras for travelers who want to enjoy the beach but didn't bring all the necessary items, such as sand buckets, kites, and chairs. We saw whales and sea otters every day, and the host recommended some restaurants that we enjoyed. Our kids enjoyed the beach, table tennis in the garage, and a visit to a local farm where they picked strawberries. We would stay here again and hope to be back next Summer. "
"This is the perfect retreat for our three families, nine of us in all, while visiting the Monterey Bay area. With the beach just a minute's walk away it was perfect for building sand castles (they have lots of gear for this at the house), strolling, bird watching, or even taking a dip if you like cold water. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have rented previously. Everything worked, the area was quiet, but town was not too far away to get supplies, or to pop in to the Watsonville Public House for a local brew. Weather was cool and varied from clouds to sun. Terrific. "

"I think this house is the best deal in all of Pajaro Dunes! It was spotless, well appointed, and the bathrooms have been updated, which is really nice in an older beach home. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. And the best part is that it has views of the farms on one side and the ocean on the other. I can’t think the owners enough!"
