These are not minor details—they reflect a property that is not being properly maintained. After raising concerns at checkout, I was told “premium” only means updated countertops and no carpet. That is misleading and does not justify the higher rate. This was nowhere near a premium experience. It was overpriced, poorly maintained, and not worth the upgrade."
