"Rooms are very spacious, there are plenty of activities for adults and kids; however, we booked it thinking it is a Marriott resort; it turned out it is a timeshared property; which is a bit disappointing given how much we paid per night!"

"We did like the property, however there were a few items that we noted and felt some concern over. Just to clarify also we stayed in the villa side of the property, not at the main hotel. When we arrive, we went to enjoy the Jacuzzi the first night and found that it was not heated on the villa side. Also on the last night that we stayed at the property there was what appeared to be a rat scurrying around in the ceiling. I first noticed it around 1:30 AM and it continued on through first light. I actually captured the sound on video. We truly did like the accommodations however, those things did affect how we would rate the overall experience."

"This was my first time staying at this resort. Right off the bat I was so so pleased that we were able to check in early after our morning flight to an upgraded room. Thank you Dianna!!! She gave us the best advice to kick off our first Stagecoach weekend as far as which shuttle stop to go to for quickest access to the festival, breakfast spots around the resort, and directions to the pools that were luckily right across the street from our room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the bartenders/waiters at the pool. The room was incredibly clean, I loved that housekeeping came around while we were out and without having to call to ask, and restocked the linens/toiletries, threw the trashes, etc. The resort itself was beautiful, right on the golf course with amazing views of palm springs. The pool food was good, convenient shuttle stops around the property were very timely. Will for sure be back with the whole family!"

"Parking was safe and easy the pool was nice and so is the hot tub they have a great gym a wonderful hot breakfast every morning the staff was courteous and knife"

"Great staff—very accommodating and friendly. Overall, the place was fine. The only issue was a foul smell on the third floor near where I stayed (by the yellow section). It seemed like it could have been leftover food or maybe a dirty diaper, but it was quite strong. Other than that, everything was good."

"Everything is delightful about this property. I feel that the employees enjoy working there too because when I see them they greeted me and said "good morning". I look forward to returning. "
