"Small cozy hotel with great helpful and friendly staff. Good basic breakfast. Fresh towels, clean and comfy bed. Excellent location, 3min away from bus stop to Palma and airport. Very close to the beach and shops. Downside is cleaning, very unclean floor in the room and bathroom, as well as hallway. No kettle and hairdryer, however rooms have mini fridge. Soundproofing is really bad between rooms and hallway."

"Lovely hotel but very German orientated. The bed was very comfortable with nice memory foam mattress. Everywhere was clean and the hotel smelt lovely. The spa area was a godsend as the weather wasn't great. Easy beach access via a few steps. Or wheelchair access from the other side. Central location to walk to both Ca'n Pastilla and El Arenal or get the little tourist train. Breakfast was good, with a fantastic selection of food to chose from. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. Quiet at night. Pool and terris area is very nice, with a good selection of sun loungers. The Balinese beds are so comfortable but you need to get there early to grab one. They are free but can be reserved within a package. My only complaint is that the reserved signs were put on 3 of the Balinese beds 2 days in a row but they were never used. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable stay. "

"Reception was very helpful, as Expedia somehow let me booked a room for my family of four but the hotel only allowed 3 people in one room. Receptionist helped me solved the issue without me paying any extras and allowed us to stayed in one room. "

"Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the sea. Wonderful staff, especially Augustina on Reception who remembered my name from check in through to leaving. Spotlessly clean throughout. Fantastic bar area with terrace, which with its elevated position is perfect. Bike rental from reception very reasonable for the easy cycle along the coastal path to Palma - recommend!!! "
