"They are under renovations and there is only valet parking. No self parking. So you have no choice but to pay the $55 valet parking. They should discount the parking fee"

"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."

"Check in was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shower needed a refresh and the noise in the hall could be heard in the room. The lobby is beautiful and amenities are all good."
