"I had a pleasant three-day stay here while visiting Los Angeles. One of the highlights was that it's reasonably renovated so everything is new and doesn't have that "tired" hotel feel. They do provide parking but those spaces are a bit tight and they don't guarantee you one as they fill up. It didn't fill up on me so I didn't have to try on the street. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby but there wasn't a bottle of water in the room as one often gets. You could buy one at the lobby for a reasonable $4. The people working there were quite friendly. Noise traveled a bit and there was a bit of noise in the late night hours on Friday and Saturday night. But for the price, it is certainly reasonable. "

"While the hotel looks nice, the staff is completely disfunctional. For example, in the first two full days of our stay (out of three), our room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. We complained about it at the reception more than once and were promised that they would fix it, but to no avail. It seems that there is no overall management that ensures that guests wishes/complaints will be taken care by the staff which is supposed to deliver. After the two incidents we asked to talk to the hotel manager, but (s)he was not available… On a different note, though somewhat related, in our 40+ years of traveling around the world we never met a reception filled with such non-welcoming personnel. Any time we approached them the impression was that they were busy with more important stuff and wanted us to go away. Yes, that bad."

"Great one night stay. Helpful staff. Quick service valet. A little loud at night but we also had windows open to let in cool air Decor was so cute and we loved all the MCM touches. So retro "

"The hotel is an updated motel. It's clean and the location is really good But no real amenities and only tea and coffee in the morning. The water for tea was luke warm and the milk was off. I went to trader joes close by and grabbed some juice and on the drive home grabbed some caffeine! okay for a quick overnight in LA, if you are staying any longer I would get a different place. "
