This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Alligator Point nature paradise. Surrounded by a tidal estuary, amazing sunsets , breathtaking star gazing. Soak in the hot tub or launch a paddle board directly from the bank. Superb fishing too! Enjoy the bikes, fire pit, etc! So close to the beach (5 mins) , you can hear the waves! Now with Gas Generator, Electric Car Charger and Remote work dedicated space! Perfect for telecommuters! With three comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed and two queen beds, guests have plenty of space to unwind. The four bathrooms feature a bathtub and/or shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. A beautiful living room with two twin beds offers extra sleeping options or a cozy spot to relax. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Alligator Point and our terrific house has to offer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off both AC units to 75 and turn off all lights and fans before you leave. Ensure stove is off with gas burners off. Also close all the doors and windows.
Please double check to make sure you have all of your personal belongings, Please lock all the doors and ensure front main door is locked upon exiting and pressing the padlock key on the lock pad.
Please take the trash out to the bins outside,Please secure the bear proof latches on the top once you have placed the trash inside. Double-check garbage can lid is locked by pulling on the top of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Well stocked home, we had to call around 10pm because we checked in late and had an issue, the property manager answered promptly, and handled the issue. Place was clean and nice.
