Welcome to Ocean Bliss, a waterfront home. This beautifully decorated home is located directly where the bay meets the Gulf. At night, gaze at the brilliant sky & fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the water. This part of Florida features uncrowded & relaxing beaches, untouched nature & amazing wildlife. A true vacation.
Exterior:
The home offers 3 decks with direct bay & ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room & kitchen.
Grill your catch on the BBQ grill & dine on the deck overlooking the water.
Relax and watch the sunrise & sunset over the water in the hot tub. Take the kayaks out on the bay. Enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit.
Swim in the large, inground pool. Take a ride in the 6 passenger golf cart to Mashes Sands beach and boat launch.
There is parking under the home or in the large lot in front.
There is cold, central AC & ceiling fans in every room.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a private deck with water views, a full bathroom with a multi shower head shower, smart TV & king size luxury ProSmart bed with adjustable head, foot and massage.
Second Bedroom:
(2) full sized beds with a desk and TV. The second full bathroom is located next to the bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo.
Third Bedroom:
This bedroom is on the main level and offers a queen bed.
There is a washer & dryer with laundry pods on the main level.
The gorgeous kitchen has new appliances and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal.
Enjoy the coffee bar that features a multi function coffee machine that brews a pot of coffee, single serve iced or hot coffee and single serve pods.
The kitchen island seats 5. The dining room table seats 6.
The large sectional in the living room offers several automatic recliners. There is a large smart TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure.
There is a half bath located on the main level.

Heather was a wonderful host - Very responsive and provided great recommendations! The newly renovated townhome came with everything you need and more! The beds were also very luxurious! We enjoyed the quick drive with the golf cart to Mashes Sands beach just a few miles away. We walked on the path for exercise and also enjoyed both restaurants that were within walking distance. Fishing here is awesome as well as day trips to Apalachicola for shopping and Oysters. We have already booked our next stay!
