Being an elevated First Tier Beach house you enter the home up a flight of stairs to the main entry. Equipped with a state of the art Smart Lock, you will have a unique code allowing you entry into the home. You may accidentally overlook the updated kitchen as your eyes are immediately drawn to the Twin Oversized Glass Sliding doors looking out over the gulf of Mexico. If you can resist the view and immediately stepping out onto the screened and covered porch you will be greeted by the updated kitchen, brand new appliance suite, custom granite counter tops and a large island with induction range just waiting for you to whip up your favorite dish.

The open concept living area just past the kitchen island you will notice the coffee bar adjacent to the reclaimed wood accent wall and Large 65” Ultra high Definition 4k TV. The two love seats are equipped with new pull out twin sleeper beds. The Acacia wood Dining table seats 6 comfortably for dining or a game of cards after a long day on the beach.

A symmetrical floor plan has 2 spacious Bedrooms located on opposing sides of the living area. With solid acacia wood King Beds & Top Rated Mattresses you’ll feel at home in your own private rooms. Each Bedroom has an incredible ocean view through a large sliding glass door that opens onto the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Mature Palm Trees.

One Bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, New Granite counters, double sinks and walk in tiled shower. If you are fortunate enough to be able to work remote you’ll be the envy of all your zoom peers as you will enjoy taking your video conference from the built in desk and tech area.

Bedroom #2 is located just past the hallway laundry closet. A full bath shares access to the main living area and the second bedroom. Each Bedroom has a large ultra high definition wall mounted TV with Roku streaming service.

Spring Break 2025

For a house that allows pets and on the beach it was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay we loved the chairs near the water at the end of the little board walk. The sink below the house was super handy for washing hands and other things. Highly recommend this place especially for people looking for a low key area.

What an awesome stay!

Quiet walks on the beach, coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, listening to the waves while staying in this beautiful Beach Cottage made for a perfect week. Our first visit to Alligator Point was amazing. The Cottage was perfect..clean, well appointed and location was amazing. Had the beach to ourselves. Such a beautiful place. We truly hope to return next year.

A place to rest and recuperate

After a couple of busy weeks, we planned to stay somewhere quiet to have time out and just enjoy the views. It was great to see the accommodation lived up to its reviews. The amenities provide plenty of opportunities to just relax, read a book in the hammock, or have drinks on the balcony as the sun sets. We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect porch for the dolphin shows!

The house is full of comfort and cheery vibes but our group enjoyed the porch the most, especially for sun and moon rises. For the young one, it was being able to be so near the beach.

Unplugged

If you need a place to unplug and relax, this is it!!! Not a lot to do, no commercialism at all and yet, BEST vaca we've had in years. Relaxing at the bottom of the steps on the little deck with chairs was the absolute best place to be. We will definitely be back!!!!

We loved the location. The house was very well eqipped. Saw dolphins from screened in porch. I would stay again. I was looking for a quiet place to stay and on the ocean and wasnt disappointed.

Doggie Heaven

The dog friendly beach was nearly deserted. The people we came across were friendly, and loved watching our dogs play in the surf. Our accommodations were comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and directly on the beach. We will definitely return for another fun adventure.

Quiet beachfront

Clean and Beach Front

Nick was clear in communications which made checkin/out easy. The house itself is clean and just as described. The access to the beach is steps away from the deck stairs and great that there is an outdoor shower and sink. There is also a foot washing station right by the stairs of the deck. Would stay again.

LOCATION

Location of this house on the beach is unreal great, its not a drive, its not a walk, its steps from the beach. We sat under the house for shade and was still on the beach.

PARADISE

We stayed in this beautiful beach house for a week. The sunrise was amazing every morning. We walked the beach and found so many shells. The neighborhood is so quite bald point state park is literally right beside you. The house had everything we needed and it was clean. The decor was very fun and comforting. Quiet, peaceful holiday vacation

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 pups at this lovely beach home! Sunrises were beautiful and our most favorite time of day. Although it was cloudy and rainy for a few days, the screened in porch allowed for us to enjoy outdoors and stay dry. The accommodations were perfect and daily supplies (dish & laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) were stocked well and kept us from making a trip out to purchase more. We bought fresh seafood for cooking and staying in during holidays (most everything closed) and it was tasty! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and to make sure we were comfortable. We recommend this home for a quiet and peaceful time away! Book it now!

Paradise

Our vacation was wonderful. The water is steps from the house, the sunrises are outstanding. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves. The house itself was fabulous. It is set up perfectly for two couples. The kitchen was great and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space — from the bedrooms, kitchen, screen porch or deck….just awesome. The only bad part was that we had to leave! Nicknwas a great communicator, from our first day at greeting us with an email to make sure we had everything we needed, to replying promptly with any questions we had. Just an absolutely wonderful vacation.

The GREAT Escape...

If you are looking to escape your day-to-day life, are wanting to ground yourself, and cleanse your aura...this is the place for you! The calming sounds of the ocean and the crisp cleansing ionic air offer the perfect atmosphere for tranquil mediation! This place is surrounded by other private homes, and offers a very private beach experience, away from all the party crowd. The inside of the home is clean and open to the ocean sounds/air, which makes it even more heavenly! If you want to enhance your stay further, bring your groceries and cook your own meals while overlooking the ocean and taking in the fresh air! Lastly, the host, Nick, was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs!

Perfect Downtime

It rained for 2 days of our stay. However, that only gave us the perfect excuse to vegetate in the captain's chairs on the screened porch with the surf at our feet. Sleeping was divine! Rain on the roof and the gentle sound of the surf to lull you to sleep. The open floor plan was so perfect that we are thinking of adopting it to downsize. The local area is old Florida before the developers got there. Yes there are houses on the beach but they are well spaced and everything was amazingly quiet. On the sunny days there were only a couple of families on 1/2 mile of beach. This place truly is "Paradise" and well named! We had just come through a trying ordeal and needed to detox. "Paradise Found" was perfect for us.
