One of AP's Most Popular Rentals.... BOOK NOW!! Pup Friendly; bring fur babies (with exceptions). This is a rural and secluded location which includes all that country life has to offer. Some just aren't suited for country life. To those we recommend more populated or touristy type locations. Read on.

This very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath, recently renovated house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience all that Alligator Point has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A washer/dryer set is located on the main level in the Primary bath. Please note, this house has two security cameras that monitor the driveway/front steps and the back steps. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 48 hours after checkout.

Beach Get-a-way
Overall it was a great week. House was as described in listing. It was obvious that it may not be used as frequently as some other more popular destinations as a couple places in the house were very musty smelling. Had to wash pot/pans because some were put away dirty and we found mouse droppings in the lower cabinet. When we arrived there was no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms, it took 12 hours for a reply from owners but offered to have cleaning company bring some the next day- we had already ran to the dollar store for some. There was a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but had to make another store run for extra a couple days into the trip. Would have been nice to know the need so these things could have been added to our walmart grocery order. There were some cheap canvas chairs for the beach that were uncomfortable-wish we would have brought some from home. No other beach toys/items. The location was directly on the beach and you hardly saw anyone out on the beach! Major plus. This is a remote location so don’t expect to be able to go souvenir shopping- this disappointed some of the younger guests in our group. We ate at angelo’s seafood and it was very good but pricey. We took a day and rented a pontoon boat in Carabelle…. Very neat experience- highly recommend. We also went to the Gulf Marine Aquarium which the kids and adults alike enjoyed. Relaxing week that helped us get away from the stress and fast paced life at home! Expect to do nothing!!!

Great stay!
If you're looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy the beach and this place is still available for your dates, just go ahead and book it. You'll thank me later. Here's what we loved about our time there: 1. Proximity to the water. Super-easy access from the house to the water. You can see & hear the waves from just about anywhere on the property. 2. The decks! We spent a ton of time just hanging out on the upstairs deck. Comfy furniture, amazing views, close enough to the water to enjoy it, and also close enough to the water that the breeze was just strong enough to keep the bugs at bay. 3. The beach/gulf/general area are idyllic if you want a peaceful place to recharge. If you're looking for go carts, water parks or lazy rivers filled with people, you're in the wrong spot. Go to Destin or Gulf Shores. But....if you're looking for a spot to enjoy the beach and waves, read a good book and spend some time with friends/family, then this could be a great option. 4. Kitchen/living room/dining room all had everything we needed. 5. Attentive owners! We had a little issue with one of the appliances, but the owner was able to provide a resolution ASAP with very little inconvenience. A+ for response time and resolution.

We very much so enjoyed our stay at the Tiki House in Alligator Point. We made some great memories with our friends and our daughters. Nice fishing opportunities on the beach as wel, as we managed to harvest a few Redfish during the trip as well! Russ made sure to proactively communicate with us and helped tell us about the area, where to go, and what to see. Thanks again Russ!

Perfectly relaxing!
We needed a place large enough to accommodate family to celebrate our daughter’s Master’s graduation from Florida State ~ and wanted to make a mini-vacation out of it. The house is exactly as pictured, extremely well-stocked, and we particularly enjoyed the expansive deck and what seemed like private beach. Wonderful trip! The hosts were helpful with recommendations re restaurants as well.
